yeokath @gymnastn hi! The rise is 12'' so pretty mid-rise. They do have stretch- they are 88% cotton, 10% polyester, 2% elasterell- so a fairly good amount of stretch. The ankle is narrow, although not too tight/skinny- not exactly a straight cut, but not super skinny. Sorry if that's confusing- let me know if you have dither questions- I'm happy to answer.
