This is a BEAUTIFUL multi-colored and sequenced haltered pageant or prom dress. It features an open back with the straps crossing at the shoulder blades as well as open sides. There is a small key-hole opening at the chest as well but it is not revealing. Would be perfect for pageants, prom, military balls, galas, up-scale events.
