Pact makes super high quality organic cotton clothing. This is a long, not quite maxi casual dress. Great for layering. Front pocket. Small size but meant to be a bit oversized so it fits me (I'm a medium). I can see these with a pair of combat boots and a chunky sweater or jacket.
