This is the LA Hearts by PacSun Blue Ariel Charm Triangle Bikini Top. It is sold out on Pacsun website! I have the top in a size small. I wore it once, but realized the triangles were to small for me :( It’s is super cute with adjustable straps and a tie in the back. It also has a blue flower charm that dangles in the front.
