Purchased online Pacsun…. Super cute just not wearing it. Wore one time for birthday party. A it is thin fabric but I did not need to wear anything underneath. Not hemmed, a little long unless have 3+ inch heels. I’m a size 6 and fits perfect and does have stretch.
