Pacsun Blue Lace Ombré Dress (Size M)

Tank-top style dress with a circle skirt. Ombré color from light blue to darker blue. Kirra brand from Pacsun. Very flattering! It is tight through the waist and then flares out! I am 5'4" and the length goes to about mid-thigh.
