PURCHASE RATING TIPS-PLEASE REVIEW

As Poshmark clearly states rate your seller NOT your purchase as there is ample opportunity to ask questions about any item/items * Rate according to ship time which means WHEN the package was shipped (you can find this info on your transaction) NOT the number of days in transit which is out of seller’s control * “Item doesn’t fit” is not a valid reason for a low rating or for opening a case so make sure to ask for measurements * A valid negative rating has nothing to do with “did you personally like the item?” * If your rating is less than five stars for a reason that has nothing to do with the seller, the poor rating is unfair & invalid * If purchase was packaged poorly & in a way that item was damaged then that is a valid reason for a poor rating * Poshmark’s platform allows you to easily reposh/relist so ask yourself if there is really a need to rate purchase based upon something that was not the seller's fault * I appreciate every sale $5 or $500 and go over & beyond to make sure every buyer has a good experience * If any fellow seller wishes to copy this,I ask that you please contact me * With sincerest appreciation, Geneva Gifts-PROUD POSH AMBASSADOR & AFFILIATE
