stuff4momandson @gracecole417 no they aren't draw string. I have some 4T long sleeve and short sleeve outfits that have draw strings or the elastic with a button inside to adjust size, but they aren't brand name. my son was also tall and thin its rough finding clothes 😭😅 he's either wearing high waters or his pants are falling off
