PUG Laura Byrnes Pele tropical dress with bolero NWT - runs small

Reposhing this item I purchased from @snowydoom. It is unfortunately too small. This is from the 2014 Laura Byrnes collection--while marked medium, it is smaller than other Pinup Couture dresses I own in small. Waist measures 12.5" across. High quality dress with lined bodice, boning, and pockets.
