PSA-9 Charizard GX stage 2

obviously we all know PSA is a trusted in strict on their grading with this being said this is a perfect card. I don't know why it's a nine not a 10 but yeah I've looked everything over I figured it'd be a guaranteed 10 I pulled it straight from the pack and send it straight there with gloves on makes no sense LOL
