**PSA not for sale** This is the first time I’ve ever come across a fake Lululemon Scuba Full Zip original on resale before. Wanted to create a PSA, especially for anyone new to Lululemon with the popularity of the oversized Scubas. The logo on the hood is clearly a plastic attachment instead of embroidered, and the zipper teeth on the fake are plastic. Lululemon has used plastic zippers on some Scubas in the past, but most have metal zippers. I hope this helps!

johnsmomma Thank you. I bought a black Scuba here that was also fake and it was most noticeable by a comparison of the Logo. I was able to document the difference in photos and return it. Sellers always pretend to be surprised! Sad.

hmengarelli @jessicagutto if they are selling a NWT. Look at where the price tag is attached. Lulu will attach the price tag under the arm on the outside. The fakes will show the tag attached near the size tag by the hood. The size tag (little round) ask to see it in pics

johnsmomma @hmengarelli yes I received and returned one with embroidery. Embroidery was thinner and counterfeit was missing the seam that goes halfway up hood from neck midline back.

cliggitt ALSO, I have seen tons where the logo on the hood is an embroidered patch. That’s also fake. I came across one in person on f-b.

savannahhi @colleenmfm If the price tag is attached to a rip tag, it’s a near guarantee that it’s fake. You could tag my username in the listing comments or send me a bundle message with the sellers username, but there’s no real way to do things privately

savannahhi @colleenmfm The plastic packaging is also incorrect. Lululemon’s packaging doesn’t have a ziploc-like seal, and you can see a peek of the massive branding on the bag underneath one of the shirts.

savannahhi @colleenmfm Unfortunately it’ll never happen. Posh can’t remove them fast enough, and people new to Lululemon will fall for these listings. I used to comment and post about fakes I find, but it was exhausting, hence why I just update these posts on my own profile and continuously share 🥲

jordieebabyxox @mvonseelen1992 wondering, do the fakes have the inner size dot? I always look for the inside size dot with the numbers in it to ensure authenticity because I do thrift many Lulu items. I wonder if the counterfeiters put a fake size dot? Thanks!!! 🩷

savannahhi @jordieebabyxox I have seen size dots in fakes, but none that were convincing. Font, color, and/or style codes have always been incorrect.
