@robin62060 The white fabric wraps around the dress. Please see photo # 5 for the back side of the dress. I will look this evening to see if it is vintage. PROMOD - Boutique Francaise has been around (in France) since 1975 and, in 2013, opened in America. Having said that, I will check the item this evening to see if I can tell when it was design

@robin62060 Based on other dresses from this designer and labels, I believe it is from the late 1978 to early 1982 time frame. I hope this helps!
