PROM is coming! Navy floor length halter dress.

Navy floor length halter dress worn once for a wedding in fall 2018. I had it dry cleaned right after the event, very pretty and simple. It could be worn for events other than a wedding. Runs small. I am normally a size 12/14, but needed a larger size to fit my bust. It was not altered, but I had fabric sewn inside the halter strap to pull my bra strap through and keep it contained and concealed.
