Vintage Black Velvet New Year’s Eve/ Prom/ Party Dress. Open cross back. Silk button flaps on front w slight V shape of bodice. Torso of dress is lined. In excellent condition! Long Sexy Side slit in front. Approx 49-50 inches length. Waist measurement 14 inches. Bust torso measurement 18 in across. No size tag found on dress.
