@lovelife199818 it is actually a size 18 but all of the dresses ran small where I got them from! I normally wear the same size jeans as you so,
And from top to bottom it's 50 inches. And from side to side it's 19inches but can be tightened to whatever length because the back is just two straps that you can tie to whatever tightness is desired!! 😋
