nessag10 @emmabakovic Hello! the waist is almost 13inch and the length is 15inch. I have posted pictures with the measuring tape as well. The item does have an elastic waist band so if waist is smaller or bigger it is very adjustable/stetchy. Hope that helps ! please lmk if u have any other questions. If I helps at all I am a 25inch waist and thats how it falls on me and it is roomy/little loose not skin tight and that's where it falls on me:)
