You both do. If you trade on here then you both pay the $7 or if you trade off the app, which I don't recommend because sadly people aren't honest, you each pay to ship the item(s). If you trade on here you sent the amount to 0 or I've seen some that do 1 just to be sure the transaction isn't cancelled by Poshmark. If it's an uneven trade the difference is put as the amount. Hope this helps. :)
