I had every intention of losing weight and wearing this dress (don't we always!), but it's not to be. Soft silk royal blue fabric with a soft floral design and applique and sequins around the neckline. Zips up the back and fully lined. Cinches in slightly at the waist, but several pleats add more fullness to the hip area. Although bought at Kaufmann's years ago, it is still an awesome and stylish dress. 100% silk. Size 12.
