Gold brass hardware has some fading and tarnishing. I cleaned it as best as I could. There is a ripped corner with fraying that is held together pretty well with the brand Gorilla Super Glue. It will not separate unless you are really trying to rip it apart!! Other than that area….the rest of the exterior Monogram canvas is in great condition. Bag has lock but NO KEY.
