Dress has gathering in middle area of skirt- at front & back. Has 2 loops at sides of waist for belt. No belt found when bought. (There is 1 small white dot- spot near bottom area front- left side of dress. (Check last photo). Bust: armpit to armpit 17 1/2” Waist: 15”
