@kyndrab22 all fixed....in all honesty, $35 is as low as I can go on this one...between shipping and the 20% PM cut, my markup is literally a few dollars. Lol. The best price I've seen other places for this exact skirt is about $50. I really am trying to make these fun pieces more affordable than typical retail.

@fashionistas81 it is a polyester & cotton blend made to look like satin. It has a light sheen to it but is not a true satin. Thank you for your question!!

@fashionistas81 no problem!! 😊 There is a slight give (there is a small amount of elastic in the blend as well), but is not super stretchy. The waist band is elastic.
