This is a gorgeous INC Dress from my personal collection. It does not have the tags, but it has never been worn. It is a size 14, but it runs very snug throughout the chest and the middle. If you are a very slender size L, you will fit in it perfectly. I am a chesty L and it wasn’t for me. I was always disappointed, because this dress is SO CUTE!! Whoever buys it will be the hit at every event!!!
