Soft-sided with a nylon shell, slimmer than a briefcase and roomier than a sleeve. This is a high-quality, padded slipcase. This item is actually unused, and sat in my closet for a few years (I seriously forgot I had it). Slim and lightweight, soft and flexible - not a hardshell, no shoulder strap. One small scuff on front (see photos), otherwise in excellent condition. Targus no longer makes anything quite this cool-looking (their current offerings are mostly bland/conservative office-use styling).
