PRICE DROP Long Strapless Formal Dress

Absolutely stunning black formal/prom dress. I am a size 12 and this was a little big on me. Worn once and in perfect condition. Strapless with a sweetheart neckline. Beaded/embroidered bust with a chiffon skirt. I am 5'0" and did not hem this dress before wearing it. Price is negotiable.
