The top is a corset style top (though it's not going to give corset support - it just has that shape). The skirt has an elasticized waistband and is meant to be low-rise. The material is lightweight and very stretchy. It's great for a festival, a night out, etc. They are both new with tags. PLEASE NOTE: The top is a US 6 and the skirt is a US 8 (see measurements I took myself). It likely could work if you wear either of these sizes. 95% polyester, 5% spandex.
