lngail Hi, I was wondering how you apply pressed glitter? Do you wear a primer underneath? Do you wear it over eye shadow? Thanks 😀

blackfootpace @lngail You can apply this wet or dry (using a primer is better when your applying it dry) using your fingertips, you can blend it as light or as dark & bold as you like! Just remove as normal eye makeup!
