PRC Accent 800 Special Needs Tablet AS IS

This tablet works but doesn't go past this screen. so pushing any of the on screen buttons does nothing. you can access the settings by double tapping power button but also nothing you touch works. I haven't been able to figure out how to reset it. it has the keyboard guard and two USB drives case and power cord. batter doesn't hold charge long. it's in mint condition. sold as is.
