PRADA black pencil skirt with flaps

PRADA black pencil skirt with flaps. The inner skirt is a pencil skirt and the front and back have a panel that is attached at the top so it will move on its own. Has belt loops and a small imperfection on the inner skirt on right hip area as shown. Small residue on front bottom left panel I have not done anything with. If this thing even mildly fit me it would be staying!! What a stunner 😍
