With superb fabric that is a juxtaposition of colorful florals and a black graphic, this dress from Prabal Gurung features a silk chiffon shoulder cape over a silk shift dress, both with the same pattern. The dress itself is sleeveless; it's the sheer chiffon cape that covers the top of the arms. The dress is a pullover style with a single button at the back of the neck, and the cape is attached all the way around the neckline. Fully lined in white silk fabric. Labeled size 8.
