Thanks for shopping my Closet! Today I have a beautiful HANDMADE Bell! This Bell in my research is made in Mexico, as like Talavera. There is not a signature or label as to that fact. The residue (yellow) inside the Bell looks to be tape. Should remove with a light soak. No other chips cracks discoloration or repairs! PLEASE see all pictures for measurements and condition.
