christen258 @fashionflipz Good Afternoon, I just read what happened to the shoes that you bought from me for your husband 😞. I truly apologize for the mishap. I had no idea that there was a flaw with the bottom I checked for damages inside and out. Poshmark do not do refunds, so what I can do is look for the same boot or similar shoe and ship it to you. Because I don’t want you to keep something that you bought from me and it’s damaged. I will also check with Poshmark. Again my apologies Toni
