It does have beautiful striations which are sought after, and there are a few freckles. I tried to get in photos. It’s a beautiful red with a cool undertone. 🌷The character of Portland Leather Goods is what makes them special. This isn’t perfect leather, please see all photos and know that their leather usually looks a bit worn. 🌷One of the strap clips seems to have darker spots (see photo) but it does not look like tarnish and it’s not chipped.
