This is a petite tea light or a votive candle holder done in a beautiful black kitty and paws pattern with heart cut outs. It is from the Ceramika Artystyczna Factory in Boleslawiec Poland. It is brand new with tags and quality one. No chips cracks or crazing noted. Approximately 2 inches tall by 4 inches in diameter. I believe this pattern is called Boo Boo Kitty
