cnfreed @hiimmontana Got your order. Thanks. So it's an adult Large with the name, Nick. Our usual turnaround is about a week, depending on other orders ahead of yours. Right now, we're running a little longer, because of helping friends and family who had to evacuate from the raging wildfires here in CA. We took them in, so it makes it a little difficult to get work done with extra people, kids, and pets underfoot. It's a real zoo around here. But I'm glad we had the room.

This is a gift for my bf’s birthday which isn’t until October; (I always shop for gifts early to account for any potential delays). So please take all the time you need! I don’t mind at all if it takes longer than a week since I have an entire month before I even need it! I am in no rush and completely understand the situation!

cnfreed @hiimmontana Thanks for understanding. We're currently helping out family who had to flee one of the massive wildfires raging here in CA. So that has run me behind, a bit, on orders. Just a little difficult to get work done with a real zoo around here. But at least we had the extra room. And I wouldn't have it any other way, even if it slows me down on orders. But it's getting better now that they've settled in for the long haul after losing everything.

cnfreed @hiimmontana Hi! I'm finally able to contact you, after my site has been down for the past couple of days. Did you get the envelope I sent with the note inside? Did Posh send a refund, after canceling your order, because of their 21 day limit? Did you still want the shirt?

cnfreed @hiimmontana I had to get the envelope to the carrier on Monday, so that's why the note was so brief. But I was going to send the note, so Posh could track it, and know it had been sent, and not cancel the order, like they do. But they did, anyway, because the PO doesn't scan things, anymore, when they pick them up. A lot of packages don't show anything until they're delivered, like yours. So it messes me up with Posh.

cnfreed @hiimmontana Then I was originally going to pay for a new label through the PO to send the actual shirt. But once posh canceled the order, and sent your refund, it's no longer paid for. So I need to know if you still want it. If so, you'll need to order and pay for it again.

So thought to send the note in the envelope, so Posh could track it, and know it was sent, so they wouldn't cancel it. But doggone PO, here, doesn't seem to scan anything, anymore. Your tracking didn't show up until it was delivered by your office.

cnfreed @hiimmontana So the PO foiled my plan, and Posh canceled the order, anyway. The plan was to purchase a regular PO label from their website to send the actual shirt, in a couple of days. But since they canceled it, that meant waiting to be able to get ahold of you to confirm that you still wanted it.

cnfreed @hiimmontana Wouldn't have had a problem getting it out sooner, if it hadn't been for these darn wildfires that seem to keep getting worse. Now OR and WA are getting badly hit. I've got cousins up there, too. And they announced another evacuation, this afternoon. Just keeps going.

cnfreed @hiimmontana But I can definitely have your shirt out in a few days. I had it already loaded on a board to be done. It's just been sitting here, waiting, until I could hear back from you. So, yes, if you'd like to repurchase it, you can do so at anytime. And I'll have it right out to you. Things have settled down here, with our extended family staying with us. So they're not so disruptive, now. We've got a schedule worked out that has helped a lot.

cnfreed @hiimmontana Ok, Posh is suddenly showing your new shirt as delivered, even though I haven't sent it, yet. I think they are finally catching up on the orders, like yours, that got delayed by the wildfires impacting us, here in CA. So I will let you know when it's on its way. And I'll follow the tracking on it, since Posh won't be, since they've marked it delivered.

cnfreed @hiimmontana Glad you like it. That's one thing I miss about not doing the fsirs, anymore. I don't get to see the reactions in person. Especially of kids. Their little eyes used to just light up so bright when they would see their favourite character on a shirt made for them. Or on their face, when I used to do face painting at fairs, before I got into the airbrushing.

cnfreed @hiimmontana To wash it, you have to remember to turn the shirt inside out, which prevents the agitator from rubbing directly on the paint. Then it's cold water, gentle cycle, and no bleach. For drying, you can lay flat on a towel, or hang dry, or tumble dry on low heat for 45 minutes. Any questions, just ask.
