boober243 @lyfeisbeautiful Hey I kinda got busy and just now got around to measuring this skirt. I understand if you moved on and found something else but I still want to let you know that these run small. The 1x measures 15.5 inches laying flat. The 3x measures 18 inches flat. They do have a little stretch. Sorry it took so long to answer your question.
