PLT shoulder pad split hem bodycon dress

Shoulder pad cut out split bodycon dress. Super cute for going out. Purchased to wear for a birthday dinner but split was tooo high for me so never worn. Brand new with tag. I did remove shoulder pads to try and get dress to work for me. They can be sewn back in.
