PLEIONE Tie Sleeve Poplin Blouse in White

This is the same blouse as the one listed in burgundy. It has long sleeves with a slit down the center and a tie between the shoulder and elbow. The blouse also has a slit hem, button cuffs, and a button-down back. The white one has never been worn, but would look great dressed up with slim-leg pants or dressed down with slim-leg, dark denim.
