ruby_m3962 Hi! I purchased these and the ankle strap broke away from the sole after two gentle wears. As well as the glitter fabric is peeling off. Can you offer any sort of reimbursement? I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks

noniebean @ruby_m3962 I'm sorry that is happening with your shoes. You purchased these from me 2 months ago. I had only worn them once (gently) and the shoes were immaculate when I sent them to you (see photos and you gave them a 5 star rating). They didn't even have a mark on them, just some dirt on the footpad. I have no way of knowing what you have done with them in the last 2 months. If it was my fault and/or this was in a timely manner, I'd be open to some sort of reimbursement, but it is not.

ruby_m3962 It was as if the adhesive had deteriorated with age. It didn’t become evident until they were under pressure. I feel jipped. I’m not a dishonest person; I could show you evidence of having gone to two dance classes in that time period where I wore these. I could also show you video evidence of it breaking under me.

noniebean @ruby_m3962 I was honest, as well. I wore these once for a few hours to walk around. It was evident in their appearance. And also, no I am not a heavy person. The shoes allegedly not being "structurally sound" (if in fact that is the cause of whatever is happening) is not due to me or my actions. Perhaps you should contact the manufacturer. I did not make the shoes.
