bjfewell Haven't gotten my closet going yet but admit I look for great deals. I've had offers accepted and turned down. You make a great point... one that I will remember. indiashea42 @gingerjane ...It really is a rediculous. I listed a pair of bermuda shorts for $8, someone offered $5. Really? Because Im not doing all that work for $2. I will sooner donate them. We're here to help each other, and I really like that about Poshmark, but if you want a dress for $4, please go to goodwill...not someone's closet. I also got a shirt the other day with goodwill tags still attached to it. Really?

gingerjane @indiashea42 she is so right! I don't think people realize the percentage cost to sell something, not to mention the time and effort to photograph and list. Plus, it's like people do not read at all. I have no lowball offers. Does that stop people? Nope. So, I block them. 😂

khardy31 Can someone tell me how to block a Posh use who offers a low balls? Recently, I have received multiple offers from several people, wanting me to bundle 2 items and give them an additional discount of 50%?

gingerjane @khardy31 that is UBER annoying! 😡 You can block them when they put in their offer. Go to their account and in the upper right hand corner is a box with an arrow. Click that and a few options should come up. One of them is "block user" - that will do it. ☺️

khardy31 @gingerjane thank you, @gingerjane! And most of my items are new with tags, or new in Box (mostly baby clothes I bought for my grandchildren-I way overbought). It seems so rude to think they can offer $10 for Baby shoes, listed at $24, and bundled at $21 (15% off). I paid $50!

gingerjane @khardy31 Posh can be an awesome place, but I have run into some of the rudest people on the planet. I have had two instances where someone claims an item is not as described, leaving bad feedback, only to go and re-list it on Posh describing it as "excellent" and stealing my photos to sell. It's sad. But, 99.9% of the people are really nice. ☺️ I just block the lowballers. They suck!

khardy31 @gingerjane Agree, some people suck! My first sale was a Brahmin bag, I had listed the dimensions clearly on the description. I took her offer (about 20% off), sent it out the same day, only to have her receive it and mark me down a few stars. She commented " the bag was smaller than expected". 😂😡. What, did she not read the description and dimensions??? 😜 But generally, fellow Poshers are really friendly and helpful (like you) 💕. 😊 Thank you!

gingerjane @cdahlberg definitely! I have found with people who lowball, if you accept their offer, they go out of their way to complain or are difficult to work with. Some people are just that way. 😞 But then you have so many awesome people here which more than makes up for the duds. ☺️

gingerjane @starcruson I agree - you will get lowball offers but a majority of the people here are great. I've come across some scammers, too. Those anger me more than anything 😡. I just don't get why honesty and integrity are difficult.

gingerjane @starcruson there will be people asking you to email them directly, and I have had two instances of people claiming the product was in bad condition only to turn around and relist as new or excellent. They will lie to try and get their money refunded. You'll find all sorts. I try to keep an eye out these days. Oh and people will steal your photos. I don't mind if they ask to use it, but they will copy your listing word for word.

gingerjane @starcruson for me it's been a designer pair of shoes and jeans. I've seen others deal with it with high end purses. Anytime you sell anything with a higher dollar value or designer, video packing it up to ship. I learned that from long-time poshers.
