golddustmama In a month as a buyer I’ve had 2 purchases that were junk described as good condition and 1 that never bothered to ship it. As a seller I have Straight 5 stars. Recording is a great idea to protect it!

xojamie0923 @karriemdubois can I ask what you do? I had an issue where seller was trying to scam me and I did take pictures beforehand thankfully I was in the right. It’s just crazy you never know what people are going to say or do. Otherwise I’ve had such positive experiences on here.

karriemdubois @xojamie0923 I generally record myself packing up a product. I’ll video the condition of the product and where it’s going (the label) to ensure that I’m videoing the product as I’m sending it out.

mermaidcolours I should have done this :( some buyer with no prior purchases at all, or sales bought a brand new with tags pair of shorts I had and gives me 3/5 stars-puts "item cleanliness, smells like cigarettes" when I don't smoke anything at all !! and I just sold the matching pair to someone who was perfectly happy. I may have to try your idea, appreciate you posting this :)
