Super Cute 80s, I believe it's from 1981 Made by the company PLAYSKOOL. I'm guessing the size is 0-6month as the tag says Medium. Snaps up the front, However my fave part about this is the feet are out! so it can fit for a little longed, as in a few more months! So snaps starts right before crotch umsnaps in a U around in a semi circle, thrn goes up the Chest up the waist to thr neck. This enables and makes diaper and clothing changes a lot easier. Waist is cinched with elastic. Laying flat it measures approx 7" across. Says Playskoolon left chest in Pink. There is pink and Grey piping on the top. there is a mock bow at the cinched waist At the elbows, there is a place where the frwy material ends and it turns into pink and Grey Terry cloth. It's like a Faux where it Looks like one ends and another begins but it's all one piece No holes. there are a few runs as well as cotton ball pilling. I believe this was made in 1981, so considering the age it is good shape Completely usable. Structurally sound Reminds me of a cabbage patch kid outfit!! lol. The outfit is 20" long
