This T-shirt does have one small slot in the front. I show it in the last picture. It was a very tiny pin size hole that I stitched so I will show the front and the back but when worn it really is not noticeable otherwise it is in good condition. The pit pit is 19 inches T-shirt is 25 inches long It is not a sleeve. It is a 7/8 sleeve, which is measuring approximately 22 inches long.
