Super fun, cute vintage 80s dress with fitted black V neck top, puffed shoulders with pads, 1/2 sleeve, dropped waist with big polka dot swing skirt and pockets! Falls mid calf 51" long. In very nice vintage condition ..the hem needs attention, a section has come un done see last pic. size 13/14 measures flat 18" pit to pit 16" waist .
