thecountrybox @milliefowler20 I'm so sorry, it doesn't....I thought I hit the done button when I replied last night but I guess I had backed out and not hit the button to actually post the reply 😵‍💫 I looked as soon as I got home, I think it's why my daughter didn't wear it also, the straps kept falling off her shoulders and she got tired of fixing them lol.
