Excellent vintage condition. There are shoulder pads. Sweet ruffle detailing. There is a slip style closure at waist. There would be a need for a slip underneath as the fold may be a bit revealing if it opened at the slit. See photos for detail. This says it’s a size 10 but the waist measures approx 13 inches laying flat.
