Unique photo frame from The Wizard of Oz. This is a black and white striped frame. At the bottom on either side are the ruby red slippers in a sparkly finish. The frame depicts the Wicked Witch's legs with the ruby slippers. The photo frame size would be 4"x6". The actual frame is 5" high and 11" wide. It is a free standing frame that has landscape orientation. It appears to be new - without the original box or tags.
