This is an unusual lined jacket from PPDC . Tag reads 10 USA 100VI (wool??) Padded in shoulders (pad extends 2" beyond shoulder actually) Vented panels. button front dark blue color A=line twirly shape. This runs large so please note measurements. Pit to pit-20" 17.5" pit to end of sleeve. 34.5" long from top of back neck . Width measuring straight across shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 16.5"
