Persnickety Boutique Girls Ruffle Top w/ Red & White Polka Dot Ruffles in Size 3. This beautiful little top has a double layer ruffle and two gorgeous buttons in front.  As with all Persnickety clothing, this piece is heirloom quality.  The top is in good used condition.
