New PERSNICKETY Josie Tank Top from a past spring collection in Size 3. This very well made (in the USA) Josie top has a beautiful watercolor graphic of a swan with flowers. The back of the top is solid yellow. This would be darling with a pair of jeans or a Persnickety skirt or ruffle shorts. Wash on cold, hang dry. I purchased this top as a sales rep sample so it does not have the care label.
