Peppermint Off The Shoulder Blouse Size Small. The blouse is 100% Polyester. Hand wash cold and hang to dry. Long sleeves. Has elastic at the bottom of sleeves. The color is burgundy. The blouse has a string at bottom that can be tied in a bow. There is a red mark on the tag. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as followed: armpit to armpit is 16 1/2 inches and from back of the neck to bottom of the blouse is 14 1/2 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
